1. drive commercial integration between marketing and sales, and be the marketing steward among external and internal stakeholders
2. define, scope and track short and long-term tasks and projects in correlation with the global marketing strategy.
3. work with the sales team to anticipate the assets and assistance they need from the marketing team
4. responsible for regional marketing calendar execution
5. provide input to regional marketing projects and serve as a regional subject matter expert
6. create 3-6 month timeline/schedules of known events/campaigns aligned with the strategy from the Global Marketing Director, the General Manager and the regional sales team
7. mitigating urgent requests or tasks when they arise and make sure that completion is reached
8. partner with the sales organisation, wholesaler and retailer to understand local markets and customer needs and identify new ideas that deliver on those opportunities
9. leverage experience to make decisions that impact ROI for both the company and the customers
