• To be in charge of implementation and administration of all IT and new software updates ,upgrades & enhancing
• Submission of all requested deliverables accurately within the period.
• Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.
• Oversees recruiting training and performance appraisals of his team members.
• Set & manage IT department annual budgets.
• Define and improve all system and network operations process.
• Accurately testing, identifying, repairing, resolving, and documenting end user technical issues.
• Ensuring all requirements are met within agreed service targets
• Troubleshooting and resolving software issues, re imaging computers/hard drives Backing up and restoring settings and associated systems administration activities
• Printers, Scanners, Network & Telecom units hardware troubleshooting and taking corrective action in shortest possible time
• Negotiate contracts and close good deals with service suppliers and vendors for all software, hardware and consulting services.
• Design the strategy and the operational plan of the IT department.
• Set the strategic goals of the IT department and devise an efficient and appropriate method of execution and implementation.
