To lead project managers and develop the bank’s technology architecture by collaborating closely with the business and IT teams to understand current and future business strategy and translating them into an efficient, fit-for-purpose and scalable architecture, thus enabling the achievement of the Group’s strategic objectives



1.Enterprise Architecture Management
Lead project managers responsible for solution architecture, architecture assessment, impact analysis, research, benchmark and technology watch to ensure using knowledge of emerging technology in architecture solutions and recommending robust modelling practices to technology services
Coordinate and contribute for business Information system structuring and conceptual architecture modelling support technology road map and align it to IT strategy, provide cross layer architecture patterns expertise, process design, business application, SOA, Information / data modeling, software design, security and infrastructure to ensure fit for purpose architecture for the bank
Manage Enterprise architecture governance, develop standards, maintain architecture documents, provide template and business service catalogue



 



2.Information Security and Risks
Protect the bank and its operations against IT risks, including unauthorised access to information, data integrity problems, loss of processing capability, and poor service levels and provide recommendations to ensure the information system is successfully exploited to achieve continuous improvement and competitive advantage by identifying needs



3.People Management
Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance
Manage the effective achievement of the team’s objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximise overall performance, engagement and motivation



4.Budget Management
Contribute to the preparation of the business area’s budget and manage and monitor the financial performance against the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon



5.Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures
Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while ensuring that ADCB delivers best-in-class services, products and innovation



6.Customer Service
Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
