HR Business Partner - Saudi National - Emagine Solutions FZE


My client is a Global Engineering Giant who due to growth and expansion are increasing their operations in Saudi Arabia. 

Overall responsibility for all HR activity in relation to employee relations, performance management and compensation and benefits
Continuous development of HR Policies and Procedures in line with business requirement and ensure training and compliance with these
Provide guidance and advice on all HR matters
Manage the overall HR budget and oversee the overall company pay review, within budget and timescales required
Oversee recruitment and selection to ensure it is delivered, enabling Line Managers to recruit staff required in a timely and cost effective way
Oversight of monthly payroll for the business
Work closely with all Managers to monitor and improve employee engagement and overall retention
Ensure any employment contracts, induction and other policies are up to date and in line with current legislation and reviewed annually as a minimum
Manage any external HR services to obtain the best quality of service and value for money
Overall responsibility to monitor employee absence and holiday entitlements
Keep the Senior Leadership team informed of any HR related issues which require attention in a timely manner and provide solutions
Identify ways to improve processes which will create efficiencies in service delivery
Manage and develop the HR team and coordinate activities to ensure the overall department objectives are met
Compile and maintain management information and key HR metrics
Ensure a high level of accuracy is maintained with HR record keeping to enable access to required data and ensure any processes are in line with General Data Protection Regulations
Deliver HR briefing sessions where required to educate, upskill and support management where areas require improvement such as performance, engagement, equality or conflict
