1. Accounting: Provide general accounting support, which includes but not limited to:
• Processes payments, invoices, and vouchers in accordance with standard policies & guidelines; checking for completeness and obvious errors;
• Prepare daily CASA input, support monthly closing, petty cash management and generating accounting related reports,
• Payroll related – salaries & overtime
2. Administration: Support general Office Administration, which includes:
• Management of Office Contracts/ Agreements ensuring validity and timely renewals
• Insurance
• Office Supplies including Stationary and other supplies
• Coordinating with office facility management team
