Job Description: ? Used to resolve the complaints of Credit card members regarding New Card, bill payment, card cancellation, card upgrades, Replacements, disputes, fraud, Marketing, change of personal details if any etc.
? Experience of closing 35 complaints of customers within a day.
? Experience handling tools like Live Person, Live Engaged, Icare, Nasp.
? Experience of working on two computers simultaneously for 7 hours daily.
Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree
