The Administrative & HR Officer is responsible for supporting the business with maintaining good relationships and resolving issues with various government entities, the bank, the medical insurance provider and the external accounting services company.

You will be responsible for the relationships with:
• The TECOM Free Zone:
      o Administration of the employees’ procedures (visa process, visa cancellation, salary certificates, NOC...).
      o Trade license renewal
      o Office lease renewal
      o PO Box
      o Establishment card
      o Office cleaning contract
      o Office move

• The Bank: updating the company information and provide the necessary documents when it is needed.

• The Healthcare Insurance Company: Yearly renewal, new employees’ registration, renewal of the office insurance…

• The external accounting company: preparation of the needed documents and properly filling all employee’s files and company’s documents.

You will also support the Principal Consultants by:
• Sourcing candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, direct approach and professional networks.
• Properly complete the data base with relevant candidate information.
• Search for new recruitment sources and set up strategies to attract passive job seekers.
• Screen candidates resumes and conduct first interviews.
